• Larry D. Wiseman, 52, of Virden, faces a felony charge of burglary after allegedly entering a building belonging to Springfield Coal, located on 2 Crown II Mine Road on Friday, June 24.

• Tesa L. Wilson, 26, of Staunton, faces a felony charge of unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon, being metal knuckles, on Friday, June 24.

• Nicholas J. Semar, 27, of Carlinville, faces a felony charge of unlawful possession of meth on May 20.

• Samantha J. Higgins, 37, of Carlinville, faces felony charges of meth possession and aggravated assault after allegedly swinging a machete at an individual on Wednesday, July 13.

• Charles L. Adcock, 46, of Staunton, faces felony charges of meth possession and disorderly conduct after allegedly threatening to “put a cap” in an individual and reaching into a bookbag as if reaching for a weapon on Friday, July 15.

• William R. Shanner, 50, of Carlinville, was charged with resisting a peace officer after allegedly pulling his arms away from said officer on Sunday, July 10.

• Leigh A. Buhl, 54, of Girard, was charged with violation of an order of protection on Sunday, July 10.

• Dakota S. Bone, 31, of Carlinville, was charged with violation of a stalking no contact order after allegedly sending a protected party a text message on Friday, July 8.

• Steven A. Lopez, 34, of Jerseyville, was charged with harassment through electronic communication after allegedly threatening to injure another individual through a text message on Monday, July 11.

• Amanda Bolino-Grady, 40, of Girard, was charged with deceptive practices on Jan. 17, in Virden.

• Mark B. Bersch, 65, of Carlinville, was charged with criminal trespass to real property after allegedly entering a property located on North Broad Street in Carlinville on Tuesday, July 5.

• Shania M. Mitchell, 23, of Standard City, was charged with battery after allegedly throwing a kitchen object at an individual, striking her in the neck, on Wednesday, July 13.

• Mellanie J. Gustafson, 25, of Girard, was cited for driving under the influence at 8:39 p.m. Saturday, July 9, on Cross Creek Road, just east of Rt. 4, in Honey Point Township.

• Richard W. Rogers, 68, of Highland, was ticketed for driving under the influence at 9:05 a.m. Friday, July 8, on Rt. 111, east on Summerville Road, in Chesterfield Township.

• Cory J. Eulberg, 45, of Sorento, was cited for driving under the influence at 9:21 p.m. Monday, July 11, at Rt. 159 and Moulton Road in Bunker Hill Township.
