• Alexander J. Worland, 32, of Mt. Olive, faces two felony charges of aggravated fleeing and eluding after allegedly driving at least 21 mph above the speed limit while an officer was attempting to pull him over and striking a Staunton Police Department vehicle on Saturday, June 4.
• Patrick M. Nejmanowski, 55, of Carlinville, faces a felony charge of driving while license revoked on or about Sunday, May 15.
• John E. Cameron, 47, of Caseyville, faces a felony charge of driving while license suspended on or about Saturday, May 7.
• Larry E. Whitehead, 67, of Hettick, faces felony charges of unlawful possession of firearm ammunition by a felon and aggravated assault after allegedly placing a gun upon a retail store’s counter and telling the manager, “this is how we handle things,” on Thursday, June 9.
• Christopher G. Clay, 40, of Mt. Olive, was charged with violation of an order of protection on Saturday, June 4, on Rt. 66 in Mt. Olive.
• Derek M. Wiggins, 31, of Livingston, was charged with criminal trespass to real property on Historic Rt. 66 in Staunton on Monday, May 2.
• Jason M. Johnson, 26, of St. Louis, Mo., was charged with unlawful use of a weapon on or about Sunday, May 29.
• April A. Eichen, 43, of Carlinville, was charged with two misdemeanors of deceptive practices on July 21, 2021, and April 14, 2022.
• Ashley N. Brady, 39, of Carlinville, was charged with two misdemeanors of deceptive practices on Jan. 27, 2021, and Jan. 25, 2022.
• Earl D. Bond, 68, of St. Louis, Mo., was cited for driving under the influence at 12:29 a.m. Saturday, June 4, at Rt. 138, just north of Stewart Street, in Mt. Olive Township.
