• Samantha J. Higgins, 36, of Carlinville, faces a felony charge of theft after allegedly taking a cell phone from another individual on Friday, May 6.
• Sarahann E. Sminchak, 19, of Staunton, faces felony charges of criminal trespass to a residence on West Spring Street in Staunton after allegedly remaining at the residence after being told to leave multiple times and battery after allegedly scratching an individual on the neck and arm on or about Saturday, May 7.
• Zachary T. Antrobus, 31, of Carlinville, was charged with violation of an order of protection after allegedly sending a text message to a protected party on Tuesday, May 10.
• Jacklyn M. Wichman, 27, of Virden, was charged with criminal trespass to a residence on West Union Street in Virden and resisting a peace officer after allegedly pushing against an officer in an attempt to keep him from placing handcuffs on her on Tuesday, May 10.
• Brandon S. Schehl, 30, of Mt. Olive, was charged with violation of an order of protection after allegedly coming into close contact with two protected parties on or about Thursday, April 28.
• Leslie R. Guthrie, 48, of Virden, was charged with violation of the litter control act after allegedly allowing litter to accumulate on her property on Friday, May 6.
• Christian T. Johnson, 20, of Standard City, was charged with disorderly conduct after allegedly threatening to harm an individual on or about Thursday, April 14.
• Sean D. Bybee, 33, of Springfield, was charged with violation of an order of protection after allegedly sending a Facebook message to a protected party on Wednesday, May 4.
• Michael D. Cope, 53, of Godfrey, was cited for driving under the influence at 12:49 a.m. Saturday, May 7, on Rt. 267, in Brighton.
• Raymond C. Crosslin, 33, of New Douglas, was ticketed for driving under the influence at 12:28 a.m. Saturday, May 7, on Staunton Road, just southwest of Old Rt. 66, in Staunton.
• James P. Drury, 52, of Palmyra, was cited for driving under the influence at 10:17 p.m. Tuesday, May 10, on Wyler Road, just south of Emmerson Airline Road, in South Palmyra Township.
• Patrick D. Jones, 54, of Jerseyville, was ticketed for driving under the influence at 3:36 a.m. March 18, on Rt. 267, just north of South Main Street, in Shipman Township.
