The McKay Cruise-In Car Show benefitting Make-A- Wish Illinois is this Saturday, May 21, at the Firemen’s Park in Staunton.
The event is open to all street legal vehicles with a $20 entry fee. Dash plaques and goody bags will be awarded while supplies last.
Cruise-in participants may start at any of the 22 McKay NAPA locations beginning at 9 a.m. Visit each McKay location for an extra entry to win the grand prize, a 3.5 ton Carlyle Floor Jack valued at $499. Additional prizes will also be awarded. After you have visited the McKay locations and gathered all the extra grand prize entries, head to the Firemen’s Park, 900 Montgomery St. in Staunton where there will be food, drinks, a bags tournament, 50-50 drawing, gun and cooler raffles and live music from P-Nut and the Shells from noon until 4 p.m.
So have some fun, all the while benefitting the Illinois Make-a-Wish Foundation.
