• Terry J. Sloan, 33, of Girard, faces a felony charge of theft after allegedly taking copper wiring on Thursday, April 21.

• Thomas J. Painter, 44, of Virden, faces a felony charge of theft after allegedly taking a blue Schwinn Cruiser bicycle on Thursday, April 21.

• Kortney L. Gilmore, 35, of Lincoln, was charged with criminal trespass to a residence on Slightom Road in Waggoner on Friday, April 22.

• Christopher W. Woods, 46, of Springfield, was charged with criminal trespass to a residence on Slightom Road in Waggoner on Friday, April 22.

• Willie R. Swink, Jr., 46, of St. Louis, Mo., was cited for driving under the influence at 2:44 a.m. Sunday, April 17, on the I-55 southbound ramp to Staunton Road in Staunton.

• Kyle E. Levan, 26, of Carlinville, was ticketed for driving under the influence at 8:52 p.m. Saturday, April 16, in Carlinville.

• Tiffany M. Scheib, 33, of Auburn, was cited for driving under the influence at 1:34 a.m. Saturday, April 16, on North 3rd at Mound in Girard.

• Julie A. Stinnitt, 56, of Virden, was ticketed for driving under the influence at 9:08 p.m. Tuesday, April 19.

• Paul S. Gregory, 71, of Virden, was cited for driving under the influence on Wednesday, April 20, in Virden.
