• Dustin C. Hickey, 38, of Gillespie, faces felony charges of driving while license suspended on or about Jan. 21, aggravated unlawful use of weapons, aggravated battery, threatening a public official and resisting a peace officer on Friday, March 25.

• Samantha J. Higgins, 36, of Carlinville faces felony charges of forgery after allegedly delivering a counterfeit $100 bill to the Secretary of State and obstructing justice after allegedly furnishing false information on Saturday, March 26.

• Dylan J. Hanks, 28, of Staunton, faces felony charges of unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle and theft, being a 2006 Suzuki, on Saturday, March 26.

• Amanda S. Warren, 37, of Gillespie, faces a felony charge of bringing contraband into a penal institution, being meth, on Saturday, March 26.

• Anthony M. Bellm, 30, of Gillespie, faces four felony charges of burglary and two felony charges of theft after allegedly entering into vehicles belonging to other individuals and taking their belongings on or about Thursday, March 17, in Gillespie. He was also charged with a misdemeanor of criminal trespass to real property on Western Avenue in Gillespie on Tuesday, March 29.

• Shane J. Lomelino, 24, of Palmyra, faces a felony charge of violation of an order of protection after allegedly coming into contact with a protected party on or about Tuesday, March 29.

• William P. Caufield, 39, of Virden, faces a felony charge of unlawful failure to register as a sex offender on Tuesday, March 8.

• Ethan R. Wallace, 21, of Carlinville, faces a felony charge of unlawful failure to register as a violent offender against youth on Jan. 18.

• Matthew M. Huber, 20, of Sorento, was cited for possession of liquor by a minor at 1:37 a.m. Wednesday, March 23, on Rt. 138, just south of Stewart Street, in Mt. Olive.

• Thomas M. Deck, 63, of Staunton, was charged with obstructing a peace officer after allegedly blocking an officer from approaching another individual and refusing to move out of the way on Friday, March 25.

• Fred A. Howell, 46, of Mt. Olive, was charged with resisting a peace officer after allegedly pulling away from an officer while being handcuffed on Friday, March 25.

• Eric N.M.I. Foster, 57, of Carlinville, was charged with criminal damage to property after allegedly breaking a residential window on Crittenden Street in Carlinville on or about Saturday, Feb. 5.

• Dustin M. Thompson, 28, of Benld, was charged with violation of an order of protection after allegedly entering onto a protected property on North 4th Street in Benld on Wednesday, March 30.

• Kyle A. Cline, 23, of Livingston, was charged with violation of an order of protection after allegedly having his mother deliver a pair of sunglasses with a note to a protected party on or about Thursday, March 3.

• David A. Depper, 36, of Decatur, was ticketed for driving under the influence at 10:15 a.m. Thursday, March 24, on Rt. 111, just south of Chesterfield Road, in Chesterfield.

• Carl D. Holland, 58, of Bunker Hill, was cited for driving under the influence at 10:22 p.m. Friday, March 25, on Rt. 4, just southeast of Staunton Bunker Hill Road, in Staunton.

• Collin E. Bushnell, 30, of Girard, was ticketed for driving under the influence at 4:59 p.m. Friday, March 25, on Emmerson Airline Road in North Otter Township.

• Kaylee J. Eldridge, 28, of Virden, was cited for driving under the influence on Tuesday, March 29, on Lincoln Avenue in Virden.
