Two part-time police officers resign

During the Staunton City Council meeting on Monday night, resignation letters were accepted from Christopher Barnes and Drew Sloan as part-time police officers for the city. Sloan commented that his full-time job with the sheriff's office is now requiring a lot of overtime hours that doesn't allow him to serve at Staunton.
