Margie A. Kincaid, 76, of Staunton, Ill., died at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in O'Fallon, Ill., on Thursday, March 10, 2022. She was born on Nov. 18, 1945, in Jerseyville, the daughter of the late Walter and Edna (Klunk) Brakeville.
She was a registered nurse at Alton Mental Health in Alton for over 40 years before her retirement. She was a member of Net Community Church of Staunton and of several professional organizations.
Survivors include her daughter, Misty (Andrew) Farmer-Klingele of Troy; six grandchildren, Kayla (Cody) Lange of Staunton, Kaitee Farmer of Scott Air Force Base, and Kade Farmer, Kelcie Farmer, Kole "Bubby" Farmer, and Kyle Farmer, all of Troy; two great-grandchildren, Kellin and Bristol Lange of Staunton; sister, Mary Frances Cuvar of Dayton, Ohio; three brothers, Robert Brakeville of Godfrey, John Brakeville of Godfrey, Larry Brakeville of Alton; and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Margie was preceded in death by infant grandson, Keith Andrew Farmer.
Friends may call from 9 to 11 a.m. on Wednesday, March 16, at Net Community Church in Staunton. Funeral services will follow at 11 a.m. at the church with Pastor Derrick Taylor officiating. Private interment will take place at St. Francis Cemetery in Jerseyville.
