Jason D. Glasco, 51, of Sorento, Ill., died on Sunday, March 6, 2022, at St. John's Hospital in Springfield. He was born on Nov. 12, 1970, in Granite City, the son of James and Judith (McFaddin) Glasco. He married Patricia Barthelemy on Sept. 23, 1995, at the Niedringhaus United Methodist Church in Granite City. She survives.
Jason worked for 20 years as a union millwright for U.S. Steel in Granite City. He was a member of the United Steelworkers Union, Local 1063, in Granite City. Jason, along with his wife Pattie, were owners of Bonnie & Klides Place in Livingston. Jason was a motorcycle enthusiast. He loved cooking, especially barbecue, and enjoyed float trips with a drink in hand.
Jason is survived by his wife, Pattie Glasco; one son, Nathan Glasco; sister, Jeanette Glasco; and nephews, Dustin Glasco, Brandon Glasco, and Mason Glasco. He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Shania LeAnn Glasco; and a brother, Jeffrey Glasco.
Visitation services were held on Thursday and Friday, March 10 and 11, at Lesicko Funeral Home in Livingston. Burial followed the Friday visitation service at Sunset Hill Cemetery in Glen Carbon.
