• Joseph V. Greear, 49, of Girard, faces felony charges of meth trafficking, unlawful possession with intent to deliver meth and possession of meth on or about Wednesday, Jan. 26.

• Brandon J. Edwards, 24, of Staunton, was charged with resisting a peace officer after allegedly pulling his arms away and resisting to be handcuffed on or about Wednesday, Jan. 26.

• Blake E. Hyman, 34, of Carlinville, was cited for driving under the influence and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident at 4:22 p.m. Friday, Jan. 21, on Shad Road, just east of Dutch Lane, in Carlinville.

• Samuel E. Ward, 47, of Brighton, was ticketed for driving under the influence at 11:34 a.m. Friday, Dec. 24, 2021, on Blue Ridge Road in Brighton.

• Amber N. Roston, 45, of Eagarville, was cited for driving under the influence and transportation of open alcohol by the driver at 4:48 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 27, on I-55 southbound near Staunton.
