Illinois Valley scholarship

Stephanie Stahlhut, Executive Director for Illinois Valley Economic Development Corporation has announced that its Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Program funded by the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity, will award scholarships of up to $1,000 to five income eligible residents of Macoupin, Jersey, Greene, and Calhoun counties.
