Sally Scoggins, 60, of Carlinville was charged with unlawful possession of methamphetamine in connection with a Dec. 14 incident in which said defendant knowingly possessed less than five grams of methamphetamine or a substance containing methamphetamine.
Asa Proctor, 43, of Gillespie was charged with unlawful possession of methamphetamine in connection with an Oct. 18 incident in which said defendant knowingly possessed less than five grams of a substance containing methamphetamine.
Jaysen Crose, 25, of Carlinville was charged with driving while license revoked in connection to a Dec. 19 incident in which the defendant drove a 2007 Mazda near the intersection of IL Rte 4 and Garnet road during a period when his license was suspended, with the defendant having previously been found to have violated driving while license revoked or suspended laws on three prior occasions.
Kristina Johnson, 34, of Carlinville was charged with deceptive practices in connection to a March 27, 2021 incident in which said defendant with the intent to defraud and obtain control over certain property of Carlinville Truck Equipment, delivered certain bank checks to Carlinville Truck Equipment, drawn on US Bank payable to Carlinville Truck Equipment in the amount of $6,712.82 and signed as drawer, knowing said check would not be paid by the depository.
Nicole Whys, 40, of Carlinville was charged with four counts of deceptive practices in connection with incidents in October 2021 in which the defendant with the intent to defraud and obtain control over certain property of Darr's Truck and Auto Repair, knowingly delivered certain bank checks to Darr's Truck and Auto Repair, drawn on Bank and Trust Company payable to Darr's Truck and Auto Repair in the amounts of $35.00; $21,60; $36.06 and $59.92 and signed as drawer, knowing said checks would not be paid by the depository.
DUIs
Jaykob Lewis, 27, of Benld was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage in connection to a Jan. 8 incident in which said defendant drove a white 2009 Buick passenger car on Staunton Road, 203 feet north of Division Street at 3:34 p.m.
Mark Boutin, 63, of Bunker Hill was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper use of head/tail/sidelights, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle in connection with a January 9 incident in which the defendant drove a blue 2005 Pontiac passenger car on North Washington Street at Fayette Street at 7:42 p.m.
Nicholas Flournay, 21, of Gillespie was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage in connection with a Jan. 10 incident in which said defendant drove a black 2003 Jeep passenger car on IL-16 177 feet southwest of Franke road at 2:48 a.m.
Mickey Tanner, 50, of Greenville, TX was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood alcohol concentration of .08 or more, driving with a revoked or suspended license, transportation or possession of open alcohol by driver, improper lane usage, and the improper display of a registration plate in connection with a Jan. 12 incident in which said defendant drove a 1998 silver Honda passenger car on Interstate 55 north bound at mile marker 43 at 2:25 p.m.
