Two students were selected by the Staunton High School staff as the students of the month for December.
The students who were honored are junior Joey Best (left).and senior Lucas Birdsell. Students were nominated based on criteria such as outstanding grades, good attendance, character, leadership, integrity and/or community involvement/service.
