•Brandon L. Weatherford, 28, Carlinville, faces a felony charge of retail theft for allegedly taking a cell phone from a Dollar General store without paying on Dec. 13.

•Joshua D. Whaley, 32, Benld, faces charges of possession of meth and obstructing a peace officer from an incident on Dec. 14.

•William D. Guyton, 51, East St. Louis, faces a felony charge of driving with a revoked license from an incident on I-55 on Nov. 20.

•Lincoln N. James, 43, Springfield, faces a felony charge of driving with a revoked license from an incident on I-55 on Nov. 20.

•Layne J Withers, 27, Benld, faces multiple felony charges for theft for allegedly stealing jewelry and a cell phone, and withdrawing ATM funds with a stolen card on Sept. 27 and Oct. 21.

•Alicia E. Turner, 31, Wilsonville, faces two counts of possession of the credit card of another on Dec. 16.

•Bryce R. Brown, 24, Benld, faces a criminal misdemeanor charge of obstructing a peace officer from an incident on Dec. 13.

•Casey W. Hammon, 33, Mt. Olive, faces a misdemeanor charge of criminal damage to property for allegedly cutting audio cables of another without consent on Nov. 28.

•Jeremy P. Cagle, 43, Virden, faces misdemeanor charges of theft of services and criminal damage to property for allegedly cuttting a padlock at the Virden Water Department and accessing water use after his service had been shut off on Dec. 9.

DUIs

•Thomas A. Burns, 28, Shipman, was cited for driving under the influence on Dec. 13.
