Hoehn

Rita J. Hoehn, 66, of Mt. Olive, Ill., died at her residence on Saturday, Nov. 27, 2021. She was born Sept. 12, 1955, in Granite City to Kingsley Gobble and Norma (Wilkinson) Fritzsche.

She was a homemaker. Rita loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her children, Christine (Ken) Wolf of Mt. Olive, Denise Hegel of Mt. Olive, Tonya Hegel of Mt. Olive; grandchildren, Sebastion Nessl, Matthew Bowman, Taylor Costello, John Hegel, Michael Allen, Mary Jackson; great-grandchild, Jason Bowman; siblings, Rebecca Gobble of Alton and Lisa Hill of Missouri. Rita was preceded in death by her parents; grandson, Ricki Jackson; and sister, Sherry Gobble.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, Dec. 3, at 2 p.m. at Chapman Cemetery in Mt. Olive.
