• Gary D. Matney, 60, of Benld, faces a charge of driving while license revoked for allegedly driving near Benld on Oct. 2.
• David A. Lucykow, 37, of Gillespie, faces felony charges of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and obstruction of justice from an alleged incident on June 4.
• Kenneth L. Arthur, 32, of St. Louis, Mo., faces a felony charge of possession of meth from an alleged incident on July 27.
• Tyler J. Davis, 28, of Crawfordsville, Ind., faces a felony charge of possession of meth from an alleged incident on July 9.
• Wilbur R. Knick, 52, of Livingston, faces a felony charge of driving while license revoked from an alleged incident on Oct. 18.
• Tiera R. Brown-Smith, 21, of St. Louis, Mo., faces charges of unlawful use of a weapon from an alleged incident on Oct. 24. She carried in her possession while on the land of another as an invitee, a pistol, uncased, loaded with a live round in the chamber and immediately accessible.
• Michelle D. Garvin, 49, of Virden, faces misdemeanor charges of violation of an order of protection by allegedly sending an email to a protected party on or about Oct. 22.
• Jimmy D. Byrd, 60, of Mt. Clare, faces charges of violation of a stalking no contact order by allegedly coming within 10 feet of a protected address on or about Oct. 17.
• Thomas A. Burns, 28, of Shipman, faces misdemeanor charges of domestic battery when he allegedly struck his father in the face with his hand on Oct. 31.
• Nicholas A. Streeb, 36, of Staunton, faces misdemeanor charges of criminal damage to property and aggravated assault by allegedly damaging a vehicle window and threatening to hit someone with a tire iron on Oct. 30.
• Brittany D. Cottingham, 32, of Carlinville, faces misdemeanor charges of deceptive practices by allegedly delivering bank checks on Sept. 10, Oct. 7 and Sept. 25 to TJ's Inc. and to an individual knowing they would not be paid by the depository.
• Ashleigh M. Stevenson, 26, of Staunton, faces misdemeanor charges of domestic battery for allegedly making physical contact of an insulting or provoking nature by striking someone with a closed fist on Nov. 4.
