CFU Lodge Christmas party planned

CFU Lodge 217 will be having their Christmas party for the kids and 50-year member party on Dec. 12. This will be by RSVP only as they are limited in the number of people who may attend.

If your child is an active member of the Nest (under the age of 18), they will receive a gift if in attendance. Please let Pat Seketa (217-835-4532) or Stephanie Dragovich (314-422-9227) know as soon as possible. Santa needs to have the elves make enough gifts. Since the elves are very busy this time of year, if they do not know by Nov. 27, they will not have enough time to make more gifts.

If you are not on the RSVP list, you face the possibility of not being admitted if they have reached their quota. This will also ensure that there will be enough food.

The group is still in the process of deciding where this will be, so additional information will be given when you RSVP.

They thank you for working with them and hopefully next year they won't need to limit numbers.

Remember, RSVP no later than Nov. 27.
