On Nov. 16, the Ill. Commerce Commission (ICC) disallowed $36.34 million to Ameren Illinois' rate request for its natural gas delivery services in Ill. A man from Macoupin County was shot and later died during a hunting trip in Iowa over the weekend of Nov. 18. 26-year-old Seth Egelhoff from Chesterfield, was reportedly waterfowl hunting with others at the Bays Branch Wildlife Area according to information released by the Iowa's DNR.
