    Moser William John “Bill” Moser, 87, of Staunton, Ill., died on Monday, Sept. 25, 2023, at Missouri Baptist Hospital in St. Louis, Mo. He was born Feb. 16, 1936, in Granite City, the son of the late Fred and Catherine (Dickman) Moser. He married Ellen Wiltrout in 1971, and she survives. Bill retired from Illinois Power/Ameren after 42 years of service.
