    The 33rd Tour De Donut bicycle race in Staunton is all set to happen on Saturday, July 9. Race start time is 9 a.m. Registered riders can sign-in beginning at 7 a.m. Registration is now open and must be done online. The website is presented by the Boeing Employee Bicycle Club. Registration deadline is July 8 at 1 a.m. There will be no race day registration. Registration fees are $45 for a single bike rider and $60 for tandem riders.     Attorney General Kwame Raoul announced last week that a Staunton man was charged with disseminating child pornography. The case is part of Raoul’s ongoing work to collaborate with federal law enforcement agencies and local law enforcement officials throughout Illinois to apprehend offenders who download and trade child pornography online.     At the special Staunton Board of Education meeting held on June 29, bills were approved and the board approved Title Grant waivers to carry over funding from fiscal year 2022 and apply for a continuation of title benefits at the junior high school that isn’t currently meeting the criteria. To be eligible for utilizing Title Grant funds in each school building, the free and reduced lunch rate must be at 40 percent or higher.
