    Another great day for golfing at the Staunton Country Club. The course was in great condition thanks to our greens keepers and volunteers that came out for workday. There was a tie for low gross between the teams of Barb Augustine, Cynthia Tipler, Kathryn Young and the team of Karen Crosslin, Rosemarie Pickerill and Sue Stiegemeier.     By Daniel Grant, FarmWeek Flour millers should have an ample supply of quality wheat in the state this season, based on findings of the Southern Illinois Wheat Tour.     CDC and public health officials in several states are investigating multistate outbreaks of salmonella infections linked to contact with backyard poultry. In total, 219 illnesses have been reported from 38 states, and 27 people have been hospitalized. One in four sick people are children younger than 5 years. One death has been reported from Tennessee.
