The Staunton High School Lady Bulldogs softball team added two wins to their season record last week defeating both Greenfield/Northwestern and Bunker Hill. On May 10, the girls defeated Greenfield 11-0 in a 5-inning game. Taylor Nolan had 3 hits including a triple and a home run, scored 2 runs and had 2 RBIs. The Millikin baseball team swept a key College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) doubleheader over North Park University on May 6 at the Workman Family Baseball Field in Decatur. The 2-M Conference recently hosted its annual banquet to award league titles for the 2022-23 school year. Member schools include Bunker Hill, Carlinville, Gillespie, Mt.
