Turned out to be a beautiful day on Thursday, April 25 for golf. A special thanks to Allen and his maintenance crew for the work they do to keep the course in such good condition. Karen Crosslin, Sue Stiegemeier, and Kathryn Young had the low gross of 38. Two teams tied for low net (21), team one: Kim Meyer, Linda Best, and Martha Riley tied Deb McNaughton, Rosemarie Pickerill, and Linda Rohe. These two teams also tied for low putts (11). BHHS is proud to have representation on IHSA's Student Advisory Committee! Brennan Fulton was nominated and went through an interview process to get selected for the committee. The Office of the Illinois State Fire Marshal (OSFM) announced today the recipients of the 2024 Small Equipment Grant Program. A total of $4 million was awarded to 165 fire departments/districts and EMS providers across the state. With the respiratory virus season continuing to wind down, Illinois’ overall respiratory virus level is now Minimal and all counties in the state are at Low level for COVID-19 hospitalizations, according to CDC data for the week ending April 20. The First annual South Central Conference bass tournament at Coffeen Lake. There were 15 teams from seven schools that showed up.
