He was born Jan. 17, 1950 in Litchfield the son to the late Norrigan Buffington and Edith Wray. He married Debra Paris on June 17, 1972 at St. Michael Catholic Church in Staunton and she survives. The Livingston Park Association is once again busy preparing for its 32nd annual egg hunt on Saturday, March 30. The traditional egg hunt will take place at 2 p.m. at Veteran’s Memorial Park.
