Staunton’s fourth annual PTO School Of Rock Fundraiser, held on Saturday, Feb. 3 at Concordia Hall, had its most successful event to date. Frederick William Partridge Jr., 62, of Mt. Olive, died at the Community Hosptial of Staunton on Feb. 20. He was born Feb. 26, 1961 in Wood River, Ill. the son to father, Frederick W.
