University of Illinois Extension of Macoupin County will be offering the state mandated Certified Food Protection Managers class and exam. The Illinois Department of Public Health Food Sanitation Code (section 750.540) requires food service establishments to be under the operational supervision of a certified food protection manager during hours of operation. These tractors pictured above in honor of FFA week. During Wordi Gras parade, a line of tractors came down the road. Unfortunately, the vintage ones may look extremely pleasing to the eye, but the one pictured above had some problems and needed to be chained up and pulled the rest of the parade....
