    Norma M. Biros, 88, of Staunton, Ill., died Saturday, Jan. 8, 2022, at Hillsboro Rehab & Health Care Center in Hillsboro. She was born April 13, 1933, in Fayette County, W.V., the daughter of the late Charles and Mattie (Broom) Harris. She married Elmer J. "Doc" Biros on Feb. 20, 1954, in Livingston and he preceded her in death on April 21, 2005. She was a homemaker. She has no immediate survivors.     The 74th annual sausage supper sponsored by Salem Churchmen’s Fellowship will be held on Saturday, Jan. 29, at the Salem United Church of Christ in Alhambra.     The 2022 Senior Homestead Exemption (yellow cards) will soon be mailed to senior citizens in Olive Township (Madison County). This exemption deducts $5,000 from your assessment on owner occupied property, but it must be applied for every year.
