    It is no longer necessary to apply for the Senior Citizen Homestead Exemption (yellow cards) each year. The exemption will automatically renew if you continue to live in the same residence. Those seniors who own the home in which the reside and who have a total household yearly income of less than $65,000, are also eligible for the Low-Income Senior Homestead Freeze.     Revenue grew 7.7 percent compared to the month prior and 19 percent compared to Dec. 2022. Illinois casinos saw a boost in revenue in Dec. It was both a month-over-month improvement and a year-over-year advancement.
